President and Founder
Steve is the founder and President of TEE & GEE with roles in sales and marketing and operations. With an insurance career that has spanned 45 years, he has experience working in senior-executive capacities on both the insurance company and brokerage/agency sides. Steve's expertise is in the casualty arena specializing in Workers' Compensation. As Assistant Actuary, he represented the PMA Group on the Pennsylvania and Delaware Workers’ Compensation Bureau’s statistical and actuarial committees. His time in the brokerage space included serving as Senior Vice President and Global Director of Alexander & Alexander and Sedgwick. Steve’s experience also includes senior level positions at AIG and TIG. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics degree from Drexel University.

Senior Vice President
Sue handles our day-to-day operations and managerial tasks. She deftly works with the executive and managerial team, along with heading up the rest of our staff and our clients. Sue has been with us since our founding, using her 15 years of industry experience assisting in all areas, from program management to claims and accounting duties, human resources and IT. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Illinois.
Adam serves as our Vice President and manages the underwriting side of our PEO program. Adam has been with Tee & Gee for 10 years and has developed his expertise in the industry working with our clients daily. He holds degrees in Finance and Economics from Texas Tech University.
Workers' Compensation Claims Director
Cassie brings over 40 years of nationwide Workers' Compensation claims management experience to Tee & Gee. She has had 2 stints with Tee & Gee, and in-between managed the Workers' Compensation unit for Berkley Specialty's NFL football program. As Workers' Compensation Claims Director, Cassie coordinates the claim handling processes for both our insurance company partners and our PEO insureds.

Workers' Compensation Claims Manager
Luann is results oriented, with over 30 years of industry experience. In her role as a Claims Manager, Luann acts as liaison between our insureds and the TPA. She speaks with our clients about claims in a consultative manner and works directly with the TPA on bringing claims exposures to resolution.

Kelly runs our Bradenton office and serves as our Senior Underwriter, bringing her unsurpassed goal-driven work ethic to our team. A veteran Paralegal and Property and Casualty Agent, she has an unrivaled understanding of the PEO and Workers' Compensation industry. Her 15 years of industry experience includes positions in payroll, sales and underwriting with a PEO, insurance company and MGA. Kelly holds a degree from University of Central Florida.
Underwriter, Commercial Lines
Nasiba began working as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at TEE & GEE at the start of our Commercial Auto Program in 2015. She holds degrees in Actuarial Science and Finance from Northwestern College in Iowa. Upon graduation, she gained experience in data analysis working as a Price Audit Analyst at StrategIQ Commerce and in Casualty Underwriting working for AIG. Nasiba is also currently a graduate student at the University of Texas at Dallas, studying Actuarial Science, as well as pursuing FCAS designation from the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Ashley has been with Tee & Gee for 2 years, working in our Bradenton office as Underwriting Assistant to Kelly Hudson. Her role includes submission set up for underwriting, certificate issuance and client service. With the growth of our PEO book, Ashley is training to take on underwriting responsibilities.

Underwriter, Commercial Lines
Kellie brings her 13 years of experience in the insurance industry to her position as an Underwriter at Tee & Gee. She has extensive experience as both an Agent and Account Executive. She has also worked for a PEO in their Client Service department. Kellie holds her Bachelor's of Business Administration from Northwestern State University.

Donna brings her demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry to Tee & Gee as Accounting Assistant. Donna's responsibilities include premium billing and collection and deductible loss billing and collection. She is currently pursuing degrees in Accounting & Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Elissa brings 15 years of industry experience to her position as Underwriting Assistant, supporting both Workers' Compensation and Commercial Auto underwriting. She has her P&C insurance license in the state of Texas and prior to her now two years with Tee & Gee, she worked for an independent commercial wholesale insurance broker for property and casualty insurance products.

and Research Specialist
Meagan is the newest member of Tee & Gee, but has served as our design and branding expert since our founding. She handles our communications and marketing strategy in addition to new client research, with more than 15 years of experience in Design and Branding. Her experience includes 10 years with Whole Foods Market and more than 4 years as a professor of Communication Design. Meagan holds a BFA in Design from the University of Texas at Austin.
